MOTRAN (Midland-Odessa Transportation) Alliance, Inc. is a legal services company headquartered in Midland, Texas. It is an alliance of members of the Odessa and Midland communities that has been instrumental in raising funds for and improving the infrastructure of the Permian Basin area. MOTRAN has successfully implemented projects to improve the transportation infrastructure between Midland and Odessa, such as Interstate 27, as well as other projects that benefit the local communities.
