The Permian Basin Petroleum Association (PBPA) is a non-profit trade association headquartered in Midland, TX, with satellite offices in Austin, TX and Santa Fe, NM. Our mission is to promote safe and responsible oil and gas development, as well as provide education on safety, legislation, regulation, and support services for the industry.
